health Benefits of ANCIENT Himalayan Sea Salt

Ancient Himalayan Sea Salt may be one of the most purest sea salts available on Earth.   The origins date back to about 500 million years ago during the Precambrian era when it is believed to have formed by the ancient inland sea evaporating and leaving behind mineral deposits which were forced upward by the tectonic activity of the earth. Known as the “pink gold”, Ancient Himalayan Sea Salt has a beautiful translucent pink hue which is the color of the abundant minerals and elements that are trapped within.  When coming in contact with H2O (water), the electrolytes are activated.  Because of its amazing nutrient load, doctors of functional medicine report that regularly ingesting Ancient Himalayan Sea Salt may help:

Generate electrolytes for cells   |   Reduce Water retention

Regulate Water Balance   |   Regulate Blood Pressure

Promote healthy pH balance in cells   |   Healthy blood sugar levels   |   Sinus Health   Bone Strength   |   Vascular Health

Support Respiratory Health   |   Absorption of  Nutrients through  intestinal tract

Prevent Muscle Cramps    |   Regulate Sleep   |   Supports libido

Ancient Himalayan Sea Salt surpasses any sea salt when it comes to the quality and level of nutrients and is the best salt to use for your health.

The Dangers of Refined Table Salt

TableSalt.jpg

Table salt (the white salt you see everywhere and is in everything) is processed by mining poor quality rock salt, drying it in large kilns, heating it to temperatures upward of 1200 degrees Fahrenheit and changing the chemical structure to pure sodium chloride. The natural minerals in the salt are stripped and synthetic iodine, anti-caking agents, and other chemicals are added which cost a havoc to the health and function of our body.  It may cause the rise in blood pressure, it may cause water and fluid retention, it is particularly hard on both the circulatory and nervous system and can create an imbalance of the lymph system in our body.  Now why on earth would this be on the market and in fact on almost every household table?  I think because it can be processed in abundance at a cheap cost and sold in high quantities.  Crazy don't you think?

Let's educate ourselves and make sure we know what we are putting in our bodies!
