 My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

At the time, I was enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to learn how the body can heal itself naturally.

After completing the course, I became a certified Integrative Health / Nutrition Coach and continued researching and expanding my studies to support my husband with his healing journey.

Step by step. we replaced processed foods with healthy organic foods, worked to balance our relationship, incorporated yoga and exercise into our daily lives, and reconnected ourselves to our body.  

While learning how to cook vegetable dishes, I discovered about the many benefits and healing qualities of  Ancient Himalayan Sea Salt, spices and herbs.  I began to experiment mixing different blends and after two years of trial and error, I finally created "Carol's Salt".
