Heavenly Morning Salad
This salad is super simple and packed with lots of lovely nutrients
Ingredients:
- 2~3 leaves of Romaine lettuce
- ½ Avocado diced
- Bunch of Pea sprouts cut in half
- 2 or 3 Petite tomato cut in halves - discard seeds
- ¼ Red Onion - minced
- Bunch of Cilantro chopped
- ½ Lemon squeezed
- Pinch - Carol’s Salt
- Break apart a few leaves of romaine lettuce and place in bowl
- Add pea sprouts, avocado and toss
- Place on plate and sprinkle red onion, cilantro and tomato on top
- Squeeze lemon and sprinkle Carol’s Salt
