Heavenly Morning Salad

 

This salad is super simple and packed with lots of lovely nutrients

Ingredients:

  • 2~3 leaves of Romaine lettuce
  • ½  Avocado diced
  • Bunch of Pea sprouts cut in half
  • 2 or 3 Petite tomato cut in halves - discard seeds
  • ¼ Red Onion - minced
  • Bunch of Cilantro chopped
  • ½  Lemon squeezed
  • Pinch -  Carol’s Salt
  1. Break apart a few leaves of romaine lettuce and place in bowl
  2. Add pea sprouts, avocado and toss
  3. Place on plate and sprinkle red onion, cilantro and tomato on top
  4. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle Carol’s Salt
